Oktania Hamdani and Winner Wijaya are Indonesian filmmakers. NGGAK!!! is the first film that they co-directed and co-produced as they continue to make more queer short films.
Director's Statement
We want queers who watch our film to feel that they are not alone in their struggles and family rejections. Also, we want to show that when the world tries to oppress, squeeze us to fit their norms, and silence us, we will find our own happiness with our loved ones and our chosen families.
