Director’s Statement
The film deals with homophobia through the prism of words. As the film focuses on actions and words, the film needed to be shot in a unique and “neutral” place: what better place to conceptualise the location and stage the representation of the violence of words than a theatre? The film consists in highlighting the universality of the situations and showing that they can happen anywhere, in any social or family environment, and to anyone.
